The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in the year 2012 with the intake of 60 students in Undergraduate Level. In the year of 2014, M.E (Computer Science and Engineering) has been started with intake of 18. The Department has the experienced and dedicated team of faculty members state-of-the-art laboratories, a well-equipped seminar hall, Wi-Fi Facility to support e-Learning, and a departmental library etc., The department of Computer Science and Engineering has a great vision of producing highly intellectual engineers. Engineers from this background shine in all areas worldwide. This discipline provides great opportunities for global campus placements paving way for a great future.

Objective

 The department has a strong commitment to a high standard of academic excellence and aims to develop innovative, competent and high quality software professionals by imparting state-of-the-art technology and endeavor for constant up-gradation of technical expertise in students to cater to the needs of the society.

 With proper dynamic process of teaching, the latent potential of students will be exploited to the maximum level.

 The department encourages students to participate in seminars conducted outside the college and also conduct at least two symposium/seminar/workshops in a year, allowing participation of students in TamilNadu /Nation for purpose of enhancing knowledge in appropriate fields of Computer Science and Engineering,
